In the midst of my own category 4 divorce, I went from wanting to bury my head in the sand to desperately trying to control the things that felt both untethered and unpredictable. I was continually surprised by the attacks of divorce and its effects on every aspect of my life - daily routine, family, finances, reputation, career, health, social life, not mention the hit to my self confidence. How could I …..? How did I not see….? I shoulda, woulda, coulda….! The self doubt made me feel like I was unraveling. And it seemed endless. This experience inspired me to create Blue Sock Divorce and that it become a resource to help anyone navigate a volatile divorce.
